1) Dumb and Dumber (This is classic. This is the comedy to end all comedies)

I was thinking about Office Space and Zoolander after I posted. I think a top 5 is too hard. But thems the rules.
BTW, have you seen the new Christopher Guest movie, "For Your Consideration"? I heard it wasn't very good...
